On-Site Maintenance

Our on-site maintenance service aims to complete turbocharger maintenance on-site, minimizing disruption to vessel operations. Maintenance in the Workshop

Shop maintenance is preferred when the turbocharger requires detailed inspection and advanced testing. In our fully equipped facility, rotor and stator components undergo ultrasonic cleaning, dimensional measurement, NDT checks, and high-precision balancing. Components that fall outside OEM tolerances are reconditioned or repaired; all assembly processes are carried out with due regard for torque values and critical clearances. Finally, performance and leakage tests are performed, quality records are established, and the unit is delivered with our warranty. This approach ensures long-term reliability and a low total cost of ownership.
